Who sells

The seller is MB Delight Kebabs, company code 307537358, registered at V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. We are not registered for VAT. We cook and hand over food at the Kampo Grilius kiosk, Žirmūnų g. 62, LT-09128 Vilnius.

Ordering

You order on this site: pick your food and a collection time, add your name and phone number, and pay through Paysera.

The contract is made when Paysera confirms your payment. Your order then gets a number and goes to the kitchen. Until the payment is confirmed, we don't cook.

We take online orders until 30 min before closing. In the last 60 min before closing, the minimum order is €10.00. Today's hours are on the main page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and final. The deposit on drink containers is shown as its own line.

You pay through Paysera (UAB "Paysera LT"), by card or through your bank. We never see your card or bank details.

Collection

Pickup only, at the window at Žirmūnų g. 62, LT-09128 Vilnius. We don't deliver.

"As soon as possible": we start straight away and don't promise a time. When your order is ready, its number on the glass on this site turns READY. "At a set time": we have it ready by the time you picked.

Give your number or name at the window. We don't keep uncollected orders past that day's closing time.

Cancellations and refunds

Food is made for you, for a set time, and spoils quickly, so the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract doesn't apply to it.

If you change your mind before we've started cooking, call +370 619 10400: if we're in time, we'll cancel and refund you.

If we can't fulfil your order (say, an ingredient runs out or equipment breaks), we'll call you and refund the full amount to the same payment method within 14 days.

Quality and complaints

If something's wrong with your food, tell us at the window straight away or write to skanu@kampogrilius.lt: we'll replace it or refund you. We answer written complaints within 14 days.

If we can't agree, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).

If you have an allergy, call +370 619 10400 before you order and we'll tell you what's in each dish.

Other

We may change these terms. Your order is covered by the terms in force when you placed it. Lithuanian law applies.
