Who handles your data

The data controller is MB Delight Kebabs, company code 307537358, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. Questions to skanu@kampogrilius.lt.

What we collect

• the name and phone number you enter when ordering;
• what you ordered, when, and your collection time;
• the payment status and the Paysera payment number.

We don't receive card or bank details: Paysera handles those.

Why

To cook and hand over your order, call out your name, and phone you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performing the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

We keep order and payment records for accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

We don't send advertising or use your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

We delete your name and phone number after 30 days. Order and payment records, without name or phone, are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

• Paysera, for payments. Paysera is an independent controller with its own privacy policy.
• Supabase (database) and Hostinger (site hosting), which process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We don't pass data to anyone else, and we never sell it.

Cookies and your browser

We don't use cookies for customers and don't track visits. Your order and number are stored only in your browser so the page remembers them. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Staff screens use one essential sign-in cookie.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it to take elsewhere. Write to skanu@kampogrilius.lt; we reply within a month.

You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
